About Cermaq

Cermaq’s vision is to be a global leader in the aquaculture industry, with main focus on sustainable production of feed to, and farming of salmonid spec. Cermaq has operations in Chile, Canada, Scotland, Vietnam and Norway. The company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE), Norway, and the head office is located in Oslo. Fish farming and fish feed production are the major business areas, and research plays a key role to build long term values.

History

In 1995 Cermaq was established as a grain trading company. The company then moved into aquaculture and is today one of the global leading companies in farming of salmonides and in fish feed production.
