The Board of Directors of Cermaq ASA consists of five Directors that are elected by the General Meeting, and three Directors that are elected by and amongst the employees. The present composition of the Board of Directors can be found here.
Four out of the five Directors of the Board that are elected by the General Meeting were elected for two years in 2011 and are therefore not up for election this year. The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bård Mikkelsen, was elected for two years in 2010 and is up for election.
All members of the Election Committee were elected for two years in 2010, and all of these members are up for election.
The Election Committee would be pleased to receive any input you may have for us to consider before we make the recommendations to the Annual General Meeting in May.
In order to keep our time plan, we kindly ask you to submit your response within 15th February 2012.
